WHY WATERMELON HAS A SHIELD
1. Data Controller:

We collect personal data voluntarily provided through the contact form (name, email, message). Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates anonymous visit data (country of origin, browser type, device, pages viewed) without using cookies and without building individual profiles.
3. Purpose of the Processing:
To respond to requests received through the website and anonymously analyze user behavior to improve the user experience.
4. Legal Basis:
We process data solely based on the explicit consent provided by the user (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
5. Data Retention:
Data is retained until the user requests its deletion.

7. External Services:
We use EmailJS to receive email messages and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless privacy-friendly analytics service that does not profile users nor collect personal identifiers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers).
