5. Our internal rules
Each project has a coordinator—not a commander. Fees are agreed upon before starting, and each member invoices their own share. Everyone is free to accept or decline any project. We use shared tools to ensure clarity and traceability in our workflow. Responsibilities are personal and proportional to the role carried out.
